I have always loved exploring designs and art and finding unique inspiration in products, cultures, and scenic places. Although a lot of things I like are trendy, I really love finding uncommon art and design. I have always lived in a small town which for the most part limited my selections of clothes and decor. In order to express my style and creative personality as a kid I would always take my common things and recreate them. When I finally got a hold of a computer I would spend hours searching for unique things that would express my personality. My blog is a collection of things I continue to find that inspire me. Each unique piece inspires a whole room full of color combinations, style, patterns, etc. in my mind. I hope to soon be able to express in my blog complete room themes and styles, but for now I hope my blogging inspires other people like me who have a love for design.

In addition to being an artist I am also a girl gamer and a geek. From time to time I blog about my favorite tech toys and games. I love linux, so most of the hardware I love is open source friendly. There is a lot of design in tech toys, software, linux distros, and games. As technology continues to advance, there will always be an endless line of amazing products.

The title of my blog “Design Frame & Wheel” is named after my grandfathers car shop “Tyler Frame & Wheel”. I loved spending time with my Grandaddy when I was little and I loved to go with him when he went to his shop. I remember having a blast finding all kinds of random parts and creating my own little designs out of them. I once tried to attach some springs I found to the bottom of my shoes like Go Go Gadget! I consider my days as a child at the shop to be the begining of my crave for design.
